On June 18, 2024, DoricTech officially announced the acquisition of Global Robotics Services (GRS) in Europe in the United Kingdom. GRS is a company dedicated to global logistics and warehouse automation. Its products include sorting robot solutions and warehouse storage automation solutions for various business scenarios. GRS helped many customers continuously reduce costs and improve efficiency in logistics through robotic automation in the past. 

The transaction is DoricTech’s first acquisition in Europe and establishes its presence in the European Intra-Logistics and automation market as a global provider of solutions for end-to-end logistics processes. For DoricTech, this is also a milestone in serving the global logistics market. The purchase price has not been disclosed.

In the future, DoricTech will be providing technical support and managing all GRS contracts in Europe. The company will be working closely with each customer, to ensure a smooth transition to the DoricTech business platform and is seeking to further expand its business base in Europe.
